WHAT THIS IS
Vice Empire is a browser-based fictional crime empire simulator running on the Solana network. The product, the verbs in it, and every identity, item, and event in it are works of fiction inspired by the noir crime genre. Nothing in this product is intended to advocate, depict, facilitate, or instruct any real-world illegal activity.

AGE & ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vice Empire. By connecting a wallet you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You also confirm you are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where access to blockchain games or token-based products is prohibited.

WALLET & ACCOUNT
Your account is your Solana wallet. We do not hold private keys. We do not custody your wallet. Loss of access to your wallet means loss of access to your account. You are solely responsible for the security of your seed phrase and signing devices.

CLOSED ALPHA
Vice Empire is currently in closed alpha. Access is gated by a wallet allowlist. Features, prices, schedules, and balances are subject to change. Closed-alpha state may be wiped or reset before public release. Connect at your own discretion.

PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
•
Identity purchases (the SOL-priced one-time unlocks) are non-refundable. Once your transaction confirms on-chain, the purchase is final.
•
Pack purchases are non-refundable. Pack contents are randomized server-side and revealed after payment is verified on-chain.
•
If a payment fails on-chain verification, no in-game grant is made. Funds are not returned automatically - contact us via the channels in section 12.
•
Network fees, RPC delays, or wallet errors are not our responsibility.

VICE & EMPIRE (IN-GAME UNITS)
•
VICE is the in-season cash unit. It is consumed in gameplay and resets at the end of every season. It has no monetary value outside the game.
•
EMPIRE is the permanent unit. It does not reset between seasons. EMPIRE is currently an internal score. It may, but is not guaranteed to, become a tradeable token on Solana in a future release.
•
No promise of future tradeability, value, liquidity, exchange listing, or financial return is being made. Do not treat in-game units as investments.

NO INVESTMENT, NO SECURITIES
Vice Empire is a game. In-game units, identities, and cosmetics are entertainment items. They are not securities, not investments, not deposits, not yield-bearing products, and confer no rights to revenue, equity, voting, or claims against any entity. Any future token launch will be a separate process with its own terms and is not part of this product as it stands today.

FAIR PLAY
•
One wallet per person. Multi-wallet farming, sybil rings, and bot accounts are prohibited and subject to ban without notice.
•
Exploiting bugs, race conditions, or admin endpoints is prohibited. Disclose vulnerabilities to us instead.
•
Reverse-engineering server endpoints to forge state or spoof payments is prohibited.
•
Harassment, impersonation, doxxing, or threats inside any public surface (leaderboard names, profile fields, chat if/when launched) is prohibited.

BANS & ENFORCEMENT
We may suspend, quarantine, or ban any wallet at our sole discretion. We may freeze pending grants, revoke unfair gains, and exclude wallets from leaderboards or future season rewards. Enforcement actions are not refundable.

SEASONS & RESETS
The game runs in 21-day seasons. At the end of each season, in-season state (VICE balance, current deployments, heat, daily contracts, leaderboard standings) is reset. EMPIRE balance, owned identities, cosmetics, and badges persist. We may extend, shorten, or pause a season at our discretion.

CHANGES TO THIS PRODUCT
We may add, remove, rebalance, or rename any in-game system at any time. We may also stop offering Vice Empire entirely. Where reasonable, we will give notice before destructive changes - but we cannot guarantee continuity of any specific feature, price, or balance.

For payment disputes, security disclosures, ban appeals, or any other matter, reach out via the official channels linked on the landing page. Do not DM unverified accounts claiming to represent Vice Empire - we will never ask for your seed phrase.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction. Disputes will first attempt informal resolution by email. Failing that, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
Vice Empire is a work of fiction. Nothing here is, or should be construed as, legal, tax, or investment advice.
